This website is operated by CRDC Malta, a division of MSM Polymers Group Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Malta.
For the personal data you submit through this website, MSM Polymers Group Limited is the data controller.
We collect the personal data you choose to provide through our contact form, namely:
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website. See our Cookie Statement for details.
We process this data solely to respond to your enquiry and to contact you about the products and services you have asked about. Our lawful basis under the GDPR is:
Your enquiry is received and handled by CRDC Malta / MSM Polymers Group Limited. We do not sell your data, and we do not share enquiry data with CRDC Materials or any other third party for their own purposes.
To operate the contact form we use a third-party form-delivery processor, Web3Forms, which transmits your submission to our email inbox on our instructions. Web3Forms acts as a data processor. Its infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS); data is transmitted over a secure (HTTPS) connection and held encrypted, and form submissions are retained by Web3Forms for a limited period (30 days on its free service) before deletion. This may involve processing outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards. See the Web3Forms privacy policy at web3forms.com/privacy.
We may also disclose data where required by law or by a competent authority.
We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship. Where an enquiry does not lead to an ongoing business relationship, we delete the associated personal data within 24 months of our last contact with you. You may ask us to delete your data sooner at any time (see section 6).
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data erased; restrict or object to processing; and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@crdcmalta.com. We will respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Maltese supervisory authority, the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) — idpc.org.mt.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission over the internet is, however, completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
